I work for Mass General Brigham (Assembly Row). Can I enter the staff raffle?
Yes, as long as you receive your paycheck from Brigham and Women's Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, or Mass General Brigham, you are eligible to enter the staff raffle. Employees of other members of Mass General Brigham and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute are not eligible to enter at this time.

I’m a per diem employee. Am I eligible to enter the raffle?
Yes, as long as you receive your paycheck from Brigham and Women's Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, or Mass General Brigham. Contract employees are NOT eligible to enter, as we do not administer their payroll.

Did I win the staff raffle? I haven’t heard anything yet!
When the raffle period concludes at 3pm on December 11, winners will be drawn and notified via email. Participants who did not win will NOT be directly notified. Once all raffle winners have accepted their prizes, the full list of the winners will be available at bwhgiving.org/raffle.

Where do I find my employee ID number?
Your employee ID is located on the back of your ID if you are a Brigham employee (left image), and on the front of your badge if you are a Faulkner employee (right image). It is a 9-digit number.

What does the money support?
All funds raised support the Brigham Fund, which helps us provide exceptional patient care, train future medical leaders, and push the boundaries of medicine.

I completed the form to enter the staff raffle, but I did not receive a confirmation email. Did it work?
Contact Joe Marino at [email protected] and he will be able to confirm if your entry went through.

Can I pay with cash, check, or a credit card?
No, the only way to enter the staff raffle is through payroll deduction. You must complete the form on bwhgiving.org/raffle to enter.

I thought it was a one-time deduction, but it looks like I am getting money taken out of my paycheck every week!
There will be a line on every paycheck for the staff raffle once you enter, but if it is under the “YTD” column, it is the year-to-date amount and shows the total deductions through this calendar year. The deduction will only be in the “current” column for one week and only deducted once. Please see below for an example.

Can I enter multiple times and/or multiple days?
Yes, you can enter as many times as you want to increase your chances of winning!

How many drawings are there?
There will be one drawing for each prize listed on bwhgiving.org/raffle. Gift cards, if offered, will each be considered one prize. For example, if a raffle features four gift cards, there will be four gift card winners.

If I win one prize, am I still eligible to win the other prizes?
Yes, you are kept in the drawing regardless of whether you win the previous prizes.

NOTE: Each entry is entered into a drawing to win one of the prizes listed on bwhgiving.org/raffle. Entries cannot be designated to a specific prize.
